I don't have much to say. Kinda empty. When alone, I fall apart. I try to stay around Phil, Amos, or other family.
Here is my dad, my mom, Phil, and Amos back in October of 2007. Phil and I drove down to Texas with Amos when he was 4 months old, and my parents met him for the first time.
Yes, that is an orb in the photo. If it isn't a speck of dust floating in front of the camera, then I suspect it was my very vocal grandmother giving us a big shout out. Word, Grandma.

8 beautiful people muttered something back:
We have orbs in our pictures, too. I like to think it's my mom, dad, Nana and others popping in to say hello.
I'm glad you got some pictures of Amos with his grandparents, especially since he is so little.
Thinking of you and praying for strength to get you through these days.
What a wonderful picture!
that is a great pic. Sending you lots of love and hugs. xx
Sarah, you are so strong! Even during the struggle of dealing with a cantankerous spirit in his last days you exuded grace and love and compassion and integrity. You may not feel strong, but you ARE. I'm so glad Phil is with you. Your kitty is being loved on daily. Marc spent an extra loong time cuddling with her last night. Take care of you.
My Mom passed 4 years ago this June.
Like you I was there holding her hand and she passed very peacefully.
I talk to my Mom every day. I'm sure there are some conversations out there floating around you'll have with your Dad as well.
(((hugs)))
Awwww, I've seen this photo before in a previous blog, haven't I?
What a beautiful family. I know it's easy to fall apart, but it's okay. I can't imagine how I'll be when the dreaded day comes that I'll have to say goodbye to one of my parents.
I just can't fathom it, and I think you've been incredibly brave and graceful through all of it.
I have pictures of Little Miss that have about 20 orbs dancing around her.
