Bleah. Very tired tonight. I think I might turn in early, if Amos allows it.
Speaking of the boy, he had a big chuckle fest today. We were playing with his blocks (thanks, Aunt Lois!), and he just pitched a huge string of giggles when the blue cylinders and purple round-y thingies were rolling around on the floor. He had giant belly laughs that were so big, I think Amos surprised himself with them. I wish Phil had seen him do this. Amos and I both were laughing and falling over, except I'm able to upright myself while he flails on the floor.
And just now, he fell alseep in Phil's arms. He chuckled himself to sleep. Baby chuckles are the best things ever.
Sometimes he reminds me with brand new reasons why we decided to have a baby.

Yep, it's pretty darn adorable to hear his giggles, chortles, and snorts. And he's becoming a real fan of the blocks in all sizes, shapes, and textures. Now when he learns to shovel the sidewalk, we'll really be making progress.
remember... most digital cameras (and even some cell phones) have video capabilities nowadays....

I visit at least 3 blogs everyday that deal with babies/toddlers. Why? you ask. Because I need my baby fix. There is nothing like a baby to make you feel better - unless he's crying uncontrollably for no known reason. And the baby chuckles are purest music to my ears. My "baby" (grandson) is nearly 4 now. I still get a lift watching and listening to him, but he's rapidly leaving babyhood behind. Alas!
My nephew has the best laugh -- gets me going every single time he starts in.
Baby Chuckles = newborn jelly candies with sugar.
Baby Zagnuts = crunchy peanut butter & toasted coconut in a onesie
Baby Sugar Daddy = I'm your case Phil.
Baby laughter is my fountain of youth, screw you Ponce De Leon.

Today, I recorded Neilen snoring and blowing air from his mouth. It was so cute.
